1998 Ford Expedition: Blower motor resistor replacement Procedure?

How to remove and replace blower motor resistor.


The assembly is located on the passenger side of the plenum assembly behind the glove compartment.

behind the passenger side glove box remove the cover below the glove box.



The details are as follows:-----


Remove the LEFT-HAND quarter trim panel access cover.
Disconnect the electrical connector.

see the diagram shown below:-------



Once this is done,

1 Remove the bolts.
2 Remove the A/C blower motor resistor.

See the diagram shown below":----------



For installation,
Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
