Bluetooth and Uconnect Not Responding?

2011 Dodge Charger Uconnect and Bluetooth buttons and functions are not responding or operating at all.

Its a new vehicle and all has suddenly stopped working.

WHAT IS THE REASON OF THE PROBLEM?

Many others too have noticed this issue.There a Chrysler update released for this problem.Its a known issue.Due to many complains about this same problem,the Chrysler has released the software update to clear this issue.This is a known issue on the 2011's and it is caused by a flaw in the Hands Free Module software.

Go to your dealer and get the update software run on your vehicle to get the Bluetooth and Uconnet phone functions working like before.


IS THERE ANY TEMPORARY RESET TO MAKE IT WORK?

No there is no such temporary reset to make it work.Its a known issue due to actual software problem and to clear the problem new updated software is released by company and dealer should do it for free.But yes in some cases its seen that even after Running the the new software in the vehicles system the Bluetooth and uconnect system does not respond.In that case there is simple system reset,that if the system has "locked up", you should be able to reset it by disconnecting both battery cables and holding the 2 cable ends together for 2 minutes, and then reconnecting them to the battery.
