Ford Dual AC no cooling on Right side

Dual Ac cooling problem.

When on cool mode the AC only cools on left side but when heat is selected the Vehicle gets heat on both side.So heater mode is functioning but cooling mode is not running right.


On most of such cases the problem described is caused by a failed blend door actuator  on 2008 ford vehicle there are two blend door actuator, one for the right side and one for the left side, in this cases if your only getting heat out of the right side then the right side actuator has most likely failed . The fix in most cases is to replace it. The actuator can be accessed through the glove box hole.

Replacing the Actuator will solve the problem.
