2007 Ford Freestyle: A/C blows Warm?

Airconditioner blows warm air.

There are many possibilities that can cause such problems.

First see if the compressor is getting engaged or not.If its running but getting hot and not operating properly then it can be issue with compressor.

Test the Freon level.Both high and low pressure port inspection is also required.
Also inspect the condenser ,if dirty then get it cleaned.
Basically to replace compressor it takes approx 2 hours.


Could be a lot of things. Faulty compressor, low freon level, clog somewhere in the system, etc. If the condenser is replaced, make sure you ran a thorough vacuum, and re-added the correct amounts: W/O Rear A/C: 0.82 kg (29.0 oz) - With Rear A/C: 1.08 kg (38.0 oz).


Also check the expansion valve and evaporator for clogs.
